Our payment rule

Celvesta never asks for payment by chat. We only request payment through an official invoice sent from an @celvesta.com email address, or through your customer portal. Our payment details never change by WhatsApp, Telegram, Teams or social media. If you are ever told our payment details have changed, do not pay. Email sales@celvesta.com first.

We will never

• Ask you to pay into a personal account or a new crypto wallet by chat.
• Ask for your admin or portal password.
• Contact you from a free email address such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo.
• Pressure you to pay immediately to avoid your switch being suspended.

Think someone is pretending to be us?

Stop, do not pay and do not share any login details. Send a screenshot and the account name to sales@celvesta.com with the subject Impersonation report. We will confirm whether it is really us.
