Terms of Service

Effective 21 October 2026

These terms apply when you order or use a Celvesta hosted softswitch. Please read them together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

Celvesta ("we", "us") provides hosted softswitch services to businesses. By requesting a demo, ordering a plan or using the service, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

Celvesta is a service for businesses, such as carriers, VoIP resellers and call centers. It is not offered to consumers.

2. The service

For each plan, we install and run a softswitch for you on its own server, with a branded admin panel and customer portal. We handle installation, updates, backups and monitoring. You manage your own customers, vendors, routes, rates and traffic.

Each plan has limits on concurrent calls (CC) and calls per second (CPS), shown on our Plans page or agreed in your quote. Calls above your plan limits are rejected.

Celvesta provides switching software and hosting. We are not a carrier. We do not provide termination routes, phone numbers or emergency calling services.

3. Your account

  • Keep your logins secure and give each staff member their own user.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your switch, including the traffic of your own customers.
  • Tell us straight away if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You hold any licenses, registrations and filings your business needs in the countries where you operate, for example robocall mitigation filings and STIR/SHAKEN certificates in the United States.
  • You follow all laws that apply to your traffic, including caller ID, telemarketing, consent and data protection rules.
  • You know who your customers are and you are responsible for the traffic they send through your switch.
  • You are responsible for your agreements and payments with your vendors and customers.
  • The service is not designed for emergency calls. Any emergency calling obligations of your business are your responsibility.
  • You follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees and payment

  • Plan fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. A one-time setup fee applies as shown on the Plans page or in your quote.
  • If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may suspend the service until it is paid.
  • We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Online top-ups

On plans that include online top-ups, you connect your own Stripe account and USDT wallet, and your customers pay you directly. These payments are between you and your customers. You are responsible for your payment accounts, their fees, refunds, disputes and chargebacks, and for checking that crypto payments reached the correct network and address. We are not a party to these payments and never hold your customers' money.

7. Service availability

We work to keep your switch running reliably and fix problems quickly. Unless we agree a service level in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We plan maintenance at quiet times and give notice where we can.

8. Suspension and ending the service

  • We may suspend or end the service immediately if we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, illegal or abusive traffic, or in a way that puts our servers, networks or other customers at risk.
  • We may also suspend the service for unpaid fees, as described above.
  • You can cancel as described in our Refund Policy.
  • When the service ends, you can ask us for an export of your data within 14 days. After that, your switch, data and backups are deleted.

9. Your data

Data you store on your switch remains yours. We access it only to provide, support and secure the service, or when the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

10. Ownership

The Celvesta name, brand, installer, website and our own customizations belong to us. The service is built on open-source software, which remains under its own licenses (see Open-source licenses). You may use the service while your plan is active.

11. Limits on our liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, or for losses caused by fraud on your account, your vendors, your customers or third-party networks.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover us for claims, fines and costs that arise from your traffic, your customers' traffic, or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and tell you about important changes before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
