Refund Policy
Effective 21 October 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Celvesta plans. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Monthly plans
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime.
- Your service keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for.
- We do not refund partial months.
2. Yearly plans
- Yearly plans are paid for 12 months upfront, with 2 months free compared with monthly billing.
- If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the yearly amount minus one month at the monthly price and minus the setup fee.
- After 30 days, yearly plans are not refundable. Your service keeps running until the end of the paid year.
3. Setup fee
The setup fee covers installing your switch, applying your branding and getting it ready for your first calls. It is charged once and is not refundable.
4. Changing plans
- When you move up a plan, the new price applies from the date of the change.
- When you move down a plan, the change applies from your next billing period. We do not refund the difference for the current period.
5. Suspension for abuse or non-payment
If we suspend or end your service because of a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or because of unpaid fees, no refund is given.
6. Crypto and card payments
- USDT payments cannot be reversed. Approved refunds of crypto payments are sent in USDT to a wallet you confirm in writing, on a network we support.
- Please contact us before disputing a card payment. Opening a dispute without contacting us first may lead to the service being suspended while it is reviewed.
7. Payments between you and your customers
Top-ups your customers make through your portal are paid to your own Stripe account or wallet. Refunds of those payments are handled by you, not by Celvesta.
8. How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email sales@celvesta.com from the email address on your account, with your company name and plan. Approved refunds are sent within 14 days, using the original payment method where possible.
