Privacy Policy

Effective 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Celvesta collects, how we use it and how we protect it.

1. Who we are

Celvesta ("we", "us") provides hosted softswitch services to businesses. This policy covers our website, demo requests, and the service we provide to our customers.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us, such as your name, company, email address, details about your traffic and anything you write in a message or demo request.
  • Account and billing information needed to set up, run and bill your service.
  • Technical information created when you visit our website or use the service, such as browser type and connection details, used by our hosting and security services.
  • Service data. Information you and your customers store or process on your switch is handled on your behalf so that the service can run.

3. How we use information

  • To answer your questions and set up demos.
  • To provide, support, maintain and bill the service.
  • To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. When we share information

  • With service providers that help us run the business, such as server hosting, email, payment processing and website security. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public, for example to respond to fraud or traceback requests.
  • If our business is sold or merged, as part of that transfer.

5. Payments

Card payments are handled by payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

6. How we protect data

  • Each customer's switch runs on its own server and is not shared with other customers.
  • Access to customer systems is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service.
  • Our website and panels use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • Logins can be limited to approved IP addresses.
  • Systems are kept updated, monitored and backed up.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if something goes wrong.

7. Data on your switch

For information about your own customers and their calls stored on your switch, you decide what is collected and how it is used. We process it only to run the service for you, on your instructions, and you are responsible for meeting the privacy laws that apply to your business.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal, accounting or security requirements, and then delete it.

9. Where information is stored

Our servers and service providers may be located in different countries. When information moves between countries, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or tell us you no longer want to hear from us. Contact us at sales@celvesta.com. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it.

11. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising cookies. Our security check on forms may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to block spam and abuse.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
