Is there a contract?
No long contract. Monthly plans are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime. Your service runs until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund partial months.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 12 months upfront and get 2 months free. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the yearly amount minus one month and the setup fee. After 30 days, yearly plans are not refundable.
What does the setup fee cover?
Installing your switch, applying your branding and getting it ready for your first calls. It is charged once and is not refundable.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When you move up a plan, we raise your limits and keep your data and settings in place.
